I had the best time sharing practice on retreat in Spain last week, the generosity of spirit of all involved was quite beautiful actually, I think the pictures tell the story best.
Thank you to everyone who came, Rafa for allowing us to take over his house, Juan for cooking all the amazing vegan food (pictures and recipes to come in a separate post), Cosmin for coming up with the idea on the walk to the underground at the end of our last retreat together, but especially to Andreea for actually making this beautiful thing become real allowing me to focus on my teaching, Juan and Cosmin on the cooking and everyone else on their practice (she also took some fantastic photos).
Above was the advance outline for the retreat but it ended up turning out like this

Friday AM : Krishnamacharya's Primary (with kumbhaka)
Friday PM : Cosmin's Hatha Yoga class

Sunday AM : Nancy's 'Ashtanga as it was' Primary (fewer vinyasa) up to Ustrasana (kapo and drop backs for some) in 2nd series
Sunday PM : Model Vinyasa Krama practice with key asana
Monday AM : Mysore Room morning, mixed style Ashtanga and Vinyasa Krama... in the same room!
